Always have had an amazing experience with this office, but recently had a great one with Casey! Casey scheduled a call to go over my current insurance policies and took the time to explain what my coverage was and different avenues I could explore. I was not too knowledgeable on insurance before, and Casey made it an informative and fabulous experience!

Casey is amazing and a great addition to Juan's (also amazing) team! She is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to schedule a call with my wife and I to go over our policy and make suggestions as to how we could improve our coverage. She gave rationale to ensure we knew exactly what changes were being made and why, which eased any anxieties we had about making changes. She's easy to talk to and made a normally daunting task an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend giving her a call if you are looking for ways to update your policy.
